Timetable

Friday
Leave home club by coach.
Spend day at an attraction on the way to Nottingham, for example - Alton Towers Theme Park, Sherwood Forest “Go Ape" high wire centre, or a local paint-balling experience.
Arrive in Nottingham approximately 6 pm.
Pickup keys to accommodation and settle into room on the Nottingham University Jubilee Campus.
Rest of the evening free to relax and enjoy some of the amenities Nottingham has to offer (please contact us for further details).

Saturday
Full English breakfast (8.30 to 9.30).
Leave for rugby ground (10:00).
Coaches and managers meeting (10.30).
Matches commence (11.00).
Food and drink facilities available at Nottingham Rugby Club.
Rugby finishes (16.00).
Return to accommodation (16.30).
Evening free for you to enjoy your own activities.

Please contact us for details of the many amenities available in Nottingham; this could include tenpin bowling, Laser Quest, ice skating, cinema, theatre, or just exploring Nottingham's legendary city night life.


Sunday
Full English breakfast (8.30 to 9.30).
Leave for rugby ground (10:00).
Semi finals and final matches commence (11.00).
Rugby finishes (approximately 14.00).
Short walk (two minutes) to Meadow Lane ground, free entry to Nottingham RFC First XV match, kick-off 3.00pm.
Return to Lady Bay Rugby Ground, for Festival Presentation (18.00).
Approximately 20 30, return to accommodation, evening free.

Monday
Full English breakfast (8.30 to 9.30).
Check out of room and leave for home? (10.00).

Or, check out of room and depart for alternative activity on way home (for example white water rafting, quad biking, cable ski tow, or windsurfing Holme Pierpont National Watersports centre.) More details of such activities available on request

Arrive home at your own rugby club, tired and glad you have the rest of Easter holiday to recover!
