Costs & payment terms

The cost for the weekend includes B&B accommodation, and all rugby costs (such as pitch hire, independent referees, first aid & physio back up etc) as well as admission to a Nottingham Rugby First XV match, and an end of Festival Presentation on the Sunday evening.

We hope you can consider bringing your team to take part in this event. The basic cost is only £150 per head (incl. VAT) for 3 nights accommodation.
Transport to & from Nottingham is not included

Reserve a place we need a non-refundable deposit of only £200.00 per team by June 30th 2007, with approximate details of numbers.

Individual deposits (50%) will be required by Sept 30th 2007

Final payment due by Jan 31st 2008.

with no further deposits due until September
